Daniel Jenewein provides legal counsel on all matters relating to nonprofit fundraising registration and compliance.
He assists clients to remain fully compliant under state charitable solicitation laws and advocates on behalf of clients with state regulatory officers and officials. His services include:
- Drafting, negotiating, and/or reviewing fundraising contracts to ensure compliance with state required provisions and disclaimers
- Determination of qualification for registration exemption
- Development and review of required fundraising disclosures
Daniel is knowledgeable about the tax consequences of various charitable giving strategies, including
charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts.
